How we work
Managed, not do-it-yourself
We set up and tune your assistant with you, so you don't have to build or maintain anything.
Honest with callers
The assistant introduces itself as your virtual assistant, never claims to be human, and says it's an AI if asked.
You stay in control of your data
You decide where your summaries go. We never sell your callers' details, and call records are deleted on a fixed schedule.
Tested on real jobs
The service is being tested with a Gloucestershire plumbing and heating business before it opens to other trades.
Who's behind it
TradeLine Assist is run by Alan Cox, from Stroud in Gloucestershire. Alan is an engineer who builds software tools, and started TradeLine Assist after seeing how many jobs local trades lose simply because they can't answer the phone while they're working.
Based in Gloucestershire and serving tradespeople across the UK.
